FIRST ORDER:

First order can be prepaid, via CREDIT CARD, or C.O.D. Cash with a deposit.  Future orders can be C.O.D., or Net 30 with approved credit.  You can provide your credit information by printing ,filling out and FAXING our pre-made CREDIT REQUEST SHEET.  The receipt of credit is based strictly on discretion of Level Enterprises, Inc. (Level or Factory) credit department and is subject to change based on their sole discretion.

MINIMUM QUANTITY AND AMOUNT:

Each item has its own minimums. For an order to ship it must be for more than $150.  Otherwise it might be rejected.  Orders below $150 are subject to handling charge (currently $5.00) and must be prepaid.

CALIFORNIA RETAILERS: All California retailers must provide their resale certificate number and PRINT, FILL OUT, SIGN AND FAX TO FACTORY, the resale card provided for (RESALE CARD).  If this is not done at the time an order is shipped order will be subject to California mandated use or sales tax.

By using this website all people accept responsibility for any and all taxes that might be assessed due to inappropriate and/or incomplete filing of paper work.

F.O.B. point is our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA.

Items above $1.00 wholesale are subject to our LIMITED WARRANTY.

Back Orders: All orders are shipped on a stock available basis.  Balance will be backordered for up to 60 days.  Then it will be canceled unless otherwise instructed by the customer.  Customers are responsible for shipping charges on back ordered items.
