HOW CAN I ORDER PRODUCTS FROM YOU?

First, you must be a reseller.  This means you must be currently engaged in the reselling or distribution of products.  If you are in CALIFORNIA you must have a valid resell certificate and send back to us a signed copy of your resell certificate authorization form.  For all other states and countries, you must provide to us a copy of your business license.

You can also register online to become a certified vendor.

Secondly, you must put together an order within our minimum amount and quantity requirements.  You must also provide the proper credit information or prepayment method.

Thirdly, you must either e-mail, fax or call in your order.

WHAT ARE YOUR TERMS?

First orders are prepaid via Visa/Master Card/Discover/Amex or COD CASH. After that and based upon credit approval orders can be via COD Check or on Net 30 basis.  Credit must be approved by Level prior to ship date.  Fill out the credit sheet.

WHAT ARE YOUR MINIMUMS?

We have a $150 minimum for a total of items being ordered.  Each item has its own minimum (see item information sheets).  Orders below $150 must be PREPAID and are subject to a minimum $5.00 handling charge.

DO YOU SELL RETAIL?

No we do not sell E-retail.  We will be glad to provide to you a list of our E-retail clients who would be glad to fill your order.

HOW CAN I GET A RESELL CERTIFICATE FORM?

Applies only to CALIFORNIA customers. If you already have a resell certificate then print out our resell certificate authorization form, fill it our accurately, sign it and FAX it back to us.  It must be faxed in order for your signature to be accepted.

HOW CAN I APPLY FOR CREDIT?

Please go to our credit application form.  Fill in the blank areas and send it to us.  Allow 1 to 4 weeks for credit authorization (It all depends on how long your references take to respond to us).  Credit is not assured and term, amounts and all other aspects of credit can be altered by Level at their discretion.

WHAT SORT OF GUARANTEES DO YOU OFFER?

All Level pens and products priced above $1 (Wholesale), come with a Limited one (1) Year mechanical warranty.  Protecting them against any manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover damages incurred by misuse, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage by the customer. If you notice any defects in our products please inform us within two weeks after the receipt of the order in order to receive replacements at no additional charge or the equal amount of credit (Levels choice decided upon the receipt of the merchandise). Consumer damaged products can be repaired or replace (Levels choice) for the total cost of item PLUS $10.00 (this charge includes all reshipping and handling charges). Please include a phone number, contact person and complete return address.  Warranty is limited to replacement of cost or product.  Incidental damages are not covered.  This warranty can only be altered or expanded in writing by Level.

WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE/SHORTAGES/ DEFECTS IN THE ITEMS THAT I ORDER?

All returns or claims for defects/shortage/etc. must be made within 2 weeks after the receipt of goods.  Prior to returning please get a RA #.  Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. 

 HOW DO I GET A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER?

No returns will be accepted without a proper return authorization number.  Please call 323-980-0909 or e-mail us at nick@levelgifts.com to receive an RA #.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

Our warehouses are located in Vernon (near Los Angeles), CA.  The FOB point will be our warehouse unless agreed to otherwise, in writing, by Level.

WHAT IF MY ORDER HAS BACK ORDERED ITEMS?

We do all in our power to ship orders complete. Sometimes, due to on hand quantities, we have to backorder items.  When this occurs your order is not automatically canceled.  We will ship these items to you as soon as they become available.  If it will be longer than 60 days then we will call you to get authorization on shipping.  If it will be after Christmas then we will call you prior to shipping, no matter how long it has been. Customers are still responsible for shipping charges for back ordered items, but NO handling charge will apply for orders below $150.

Back orders can be canceled by you prior to them being shipped.  To avoid getting Back ordered items shipped to you, request on your order to cancel all BO's.

CAN I GET A SAMPLE ORDER?

Sample orders can be done under the following conditions.  You must be a certified reseller, you must prepay for the order via credit card and all orders are subject to a $5.00 handling charge.  No returns will be accepted on sample orders.

DO YOUR PENS FIT REGULAR SIZE REFILLS?

Yes, except for certain items (TI-10 Pin pens and Skinny pens) all of our pens fit standard refills.  Goto our refill chart to see what refills you would need for each pen.
